Originally from upstate NY, I was brought to Pennsylvania after meeting Dr. Tara in chiropractic school. I have been in practice over 20 years in the surrounding area and most recently a part of one of the largest sports medicine practices in Southeast PA. As a doctor I strive to practice what I preach and you will find me training for a triathlon, mountain biking, rock climbing, or just chasing the kids around the yard.
In 2016 I earned my board certification as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (CCSP). This program consists of 100 hours of coursework specifically in the areas of diagnosis, treatment, and best practices with the athlete at the forefront of care.
Dr. Tara specializes in chiropractic care for infants, children and perinatal mothers, but loves working with women who are looking to improve their health and reduce stress naturally!!
